Application for Placing an advertisement on the AFSA/IRS website.

AFSA Members may advertise their business.   This section of the Website is available to anyone who accesses this site. 

The annual fee for the advertisement will be $50 for a business with up to two AFSA members, and $75 for a business with up to 5 AFSA members.  The advertisement may include the member(s)  name, business name, telephone and FAX numbers, email address and a brief statement of your business specialty.  If an advertisement is to contain more than 5  AFSA members the cost will be $15 per member to list each member.   Any AFSA member may submit an advertisement by completing the following:

• Business Name
• Name of the AFSA Members
• Address
• Phone Number
• FAX Number
• E-Mail
• Capabilities Description (50 words or less)
• Web Site Address
